USA Hockey Certification
All coaches must complete the appropriate level of USA Hockey CEP. The association reimburses certification fees.
Background Checks & SafeSport
Annual SafeSport training and a current background check are required for every bench coach.
Practice Plan Library
Age-appropriate practice plans aligned with the ADM. Pull a plan, run a great practice.
Coach Mentor Program
First-year coaches are paired with a veteran for support and feedback throughout the season.
